Helping You Define and Implement Your Encore Is My Purpose
I’ve been told that helping people design and implement their encore phase of life is part of my DNA!

That’s probably because an encore has played such a big role in my own story. Let me tell you about it:
A few years ago I found myself in a position of having my VP-level role eliminated after 25+ years of service. This came as a result of the merger and integration of two top financial services companies. In fact, I was a key participant in planning and implementing the integration efforts between the companies!
While this was solely a business decision and had nothing to do with my performance over the years, I was still faced with a major life transition. I am not “retirement” age (whatever that means) and have no interest in sitting still.
I certainly was not prepared for the emotional, financial, and lifestyle implications, such as:
- Who was I as a person without the title of VP of this company?
- What did I want my next phase to look like?
- How did I want to invest my time and talents?
- Where did I want this new journey to take me?
Transformation can seemingly come out of the blue.
Even though a wonderful and fulfilling career in one industry was coming to a close, the opportunities to head in a totally different direction were wide open. I was finally free to figure out what I truly enjoyed doing and pursue it with all my energy.
When I discovered the process of coaching, I knew that this is what my midlife encore is all about. And my transformation began.
My personal experiences deepen the sense of gratification I feel guiding others through these key life transitions. Though my background is “business,” people are what I’m passionate about, which means I blend logic and structure with compassion and intuition. This translates into an ability to balance the head and the heart. And that’s what dreams are made of.
What I love most is serving as a guide and objective voice to help you navigate through this key transition. I believe you absolutely can succeed beyond your wildest dreams.
